So Cal TTC provides training for girls and boys of all ages and skill levels.

Pre-school
Ages 3-5
Help your kids develop positive social and emotional skills, independent thinking, body
awareness, relationships, and directionality. They learn rolls, basic jumps, hops, body positions,
and much more on So Cal TTC's trampolines, floor exercise, and obstacle courses. At this level
the child is mentally capable of participation without a parent.
Recreational Trampoline & Tumbling
Ages 5 and up
This class is for students ready to learn the foundations for trampoline (an Olympic event), double
mini, and power tumbling. Students will learn cartwheels, body form (including straight legs and
pointed toes), basic trampoline skills, through backhandsprings, front and back flips, and more.
Adult Class
Ages 16 and up
Designed as a special time for older students to enjoy the gym without other classes going on.
Open gym atmosphere with coaches available to assist. All equipment available for use, including
cirque equipment.
Competitive T & T Teams
Ages 5 and up
Team members have mastered the foundations for trampoline, double mini and power tumbling
and are ready to participate in competitions. Team members are expected to make a commitment
to training at least three hours a week.
Cheer Tumbling
Ages 5 and up
This class is geared towards teaching cheerleading tumbling skills from basic to advanced levels.
Students will use the tumbletracks, power tumbling floor, and competitive cheer spring floor to
advance their skill level.
TTC Extreme - All-Star Cheerleading Team
Ages 3 and up
